As a Mama, I know how incredibly special the first weeks at home with a new baby are and I aim to bottle up all the love and feelings (maybe even some of that sweet newborn breath) into photos that you will hold close to your heart forever. If you don’t feel up to photos right after your little one arrives…there is no harm in waiting a few weeks. Keep in mind that babies will get even cuter as they start to smile and gain a few rolls:) The other benefit to waiting is that older siblings will have a chance to settle into their role as big sister or brother.
I truly enjoyed spending a few hours with Solomon and his family capturing all of their love. It was hard to narrow it down for the blog, but here are some of my favourite images.
